All fees for the sites will be 100% donated to Jet's Rehab Rescue, Inc
Raffle
Each crafter/vendor is responsible for donating an item(s) valued at least $10 or more to help support
Jet's Rehab Rescue, Inc
Please drop off your donated item at the designated raffle table before the event opens to the public.
The raffle will be open to all participants and visitors during the event hours
We will contact the winners via phone number that is written on the back of the raffle ticket
Advertising
We will advertise the event through all social media channels, as well as other Arts and Crafts sites.
We post flyers in local stores and establishments that allow advertising.
We have street signs, flyers and 8x10's

** It would be greatly appreciated if you could advertise on your social media/websites etc to spread the word.
GUIDLINES
* Venue will be open for booth set up on Saturday August 16th at 8am. All crafters/vendors must be set up by 9:30am
* All booths must remain open till the end of the event (4:00)pm unless permitted to leave early
* Crafters/Vendors must stay within the guidelines provided for your booth space. this is enforced due to the necessary space needed to produce a free-flowing aisle of traffic for customers.
* Crafters'/Vendors' displays must not exceed the allotted booth space reserved. Promotions of your items must not infringe upon other booth spaces. Freestanding backdrops, displays must be limited to your side and space only.
RULES
* This event is being help to support Jet's Rescue Rehab, Inc on Trinity Communion Church.
* Altering of the facility and/or grounds including digging up the grounds or damaging the property is strictly prohibited.
* Any damage cause to the property or grounds or provided equipment by the crafter/vendor will be the responsibility of the crafter/vendor.
* All crafters/vendors are required to remove their booths, all materials, equipment, and waste from their area upon take down on Saturday August 16th
***All pop up tents must have weights to hold down the tent
