The goal of this program is to reach vulnerable workers in the region that will not be able to access local and state stimulus checks because of their residence outside city limits or immigration status.

Anyone who resides within Southwestern Pennsylvania is eligible to apply.

Awarded money can be used to meet a variety of pressing needs and will be left to the discretion of the individual recipients

Application will have a rolling deadline and awards given on a first come first serve basis.
