I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being permitted to participate in the motorcycle gathering event organized by Moto Mission:
Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in motorcycle riding activities, including but not limited to riding on trails or roads, carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death. I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities with full knowledge of the risks involved.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Moto Mission, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in the motorcycle gathering event.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moto Mission and its representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the motorcycle gathering event, including legal fees and expenses.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: I agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines governing motorcycle riding and safety during the event.
Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Moto Mission and its representatives to obtain medical treatment for me if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
Photographic Release: I grant Moto Mission the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos of me taken during the motorcycle gathering event for any lawful purpose, including promotional materials and advertising.
Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
