Many pastors spend their lives pouring into others, often at the cost of their own rest, health, and space to simply be.
I’m in the early stages of creating a retreat designed specifically for pastors—not as a conference or training, but as a place for true rest and restoration.
This would be a quiet, no-pressure environment with no expectations—just space to breathe, recover, and be cared for.
Before moving forward, I want to better understand what pastors are actually experiencing and what would genuinely feel restorative.
