Classroom Speaker — Program Request Form 2025-2026
To request a Classroom Speaker program or field trip, please complete the form below. If you have a questions please email adrienne_yang@dpsk12.org or call 720-424-7768.
Although we will try to accommodate requests with less than 2 weeks notice, presenters with fees MUST be requested a minimum of 3-4 weeks before your desired dates.
For presentations corresponding to specific events/dates (e.g. Black History Month, Cinco de Mayo) we suggest planning 2-4 months in advance.
For field trips, please check with your front office regarding bus availability before requesting dates.
Requests for paid performers will close around mid-March, pending payment processing deadlines set by DPS Financial Services. We will post a specific date once deadlines are released by DPS.
