Utah Valley Bride Submissions

Hey there!

Thank you for submitting your content to Utah Valley Bride! Since 2002 we have curated delightful, remarkable weddings and provided experiences to inspire and help brides envision their wedding day!


Due to the number of submissions we receive, galleries submitted correctly will be prioritized. THANK YOU for following our formatting system and making it easier for us to feature you! 


INVESTMENT

Submitting your work is always free, but placement/coverage is not guaranteed. If you are looking for guaranteed placement/coverage, please email hello@utahvalleybride.com.


EXCLUSIVITY

The more exclusive the better. Weddings posted on your personal blog or social media are acceptable, but ideally the wedding will not have been published in any other Utah bridal magazine. Weddings posted on national blogs are still acceptable, but preference will be given to those that have been previously unpublished.


WHO CAN SUBMIT?

Anyone! Brides, wedding planners, photographers, other vendors, etc…


SUBMISSION TYPES

  • Real Weddings: We love featuring weddings with connections to Utah Valley. We are looking for a variety of eye-catching weddings with divine details, fun love stories, and beautiful imagery. Utah Valley ties could include: Bride or groom is from here; reception or ceremony was held here, or Utah Valley-based vendors were used. We will accept weddings with little to no ties to Utah Valley, but preference will be given to more local weddings.
  • Styled Shoots: We love showing off creative collaborations from local vendors, especially when it inspires the brides to include unique details in their real weddings.
  • Other: We also accept images of other wedding related events including elopements, engagements, bridal sessions, proposals, vow renewals, honeymoon, etc. 


All submissions go through this submission form. We will evaluate each piece of content to determine which of our platforms fits the content best. ** Each submission will receive a response from us within 2 weeks.


Print Magazine Deadline: Our deadline for the 2025 print magazine is October 1st, 2024. Our 2024 magazine is currently in production and launches in January! (You are invited to our launch party…watch for an announcement on our social media!) 


Social Media + Blogs…there is no deadline! We accept submissions all year and would love to share your content!

Please provide some information about the couple here. You can tell us how the couple met, recap their wedding day festivities, explain their local ties to Utah Valley, or simply just share what makes this couple and/or their celebration special. 

For styled shoots or other types of submissions, we'd love to hear about the inspiration and execution of the theme/look/vision and what you love about it personally.

I have informed other vendors involved of this submission.
