Boise District BLM Fire Program is sponsoring HAZMAT training that is an annual requirement for field going personnel. It is open to all agency personnel. The following form will be used for enrollment in the specific training, collect participant information for correspondence, roster generation and also provide an accurate number of personnel who wish to participate.

This course will include the requirements for the following classes: BLM HazMat First Responder Awareness. HazCom Employee Right to Know. DOT Materials of Trade. OSHA/USGS/GHS Hazard Communication. Materials of Trade/Fuel Transport HazMat (Less than 119 gallons).

Once you have submitted the form, an email will automatically be sent to you with the details of your registration. At the same time, I recommend adding it to your calendar.

IMPORTANT: This is an annual requirement for any field/operational regular agency BLM employees
(not AD personnel).
