Informal Commercial Value Review Form
As your County Assessor, my goal is to value your property uniformly and proportionately. If for any reason you think our office has valued your property incorrectly, I suggest that you request an Informal Value Review of your property. The Informal Value Review will provide a chance for us to discuss circumstances with you that may impact your property's value.

To schedule an informal review on real property, please complete and submit the form below. Include any pertinent information that may assist my office with a fair and equitable valuation of the property under review. It is important that all information presented is relevant and supports the basis for a value review on the property.

After the form is received, my office will contact you to set up an appointment. We may ask you to provide copies of a recent appraisal, sales contract, income and expenses, or other documentation that may support your suggested value of the property.

After the informal review, a written decision on your property's value will be mailed. If you are not satisfied with the value, you may request a Formal Appeal Form to the Platte County Board of Equalization. This appeal form must be received (walked in or emailed) PRIOR to the end of business on Friday, June 14, 2019 or post marked no later than Saturday,
June 15, 2019. All appeals are to be received BEFORE the third Monday in June per state statute 137.385.
