3rd-5th Grade Fuller GT/AIG Magnet Elementary School AIG Nomination Form for 2nd semester 2025 -26. Submit by Monday, 1/5/2026.
Please complete and submit this form to nominate your eligible third, fourth or fifth grade FULLER student for AIG Review/Testing.   Program nominations are accepted at all times; however, nominations must be received by Monday, January 5,2026 in order for the nomination to be reviewed during the second semester of 2025-2026. 
*******Only the following students may be nominated:  

1. Third, Fourth, and  Fifth grade students not currently identified as AIG .
2.  Third, Fourth, and Fifth grade students interested in adding a second area of AIG identification.

Students who are currently identified as AIG, IG, or AG in both reading and math are not eligible for further testing.
