Shadow Day Request
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

If you would like your student to shadow one of our current magnet students this fall, please complete this form and Mr. Wilson, the magnet coordinator, will get back to you as soon as possible.  

Please keep in mind that some date requests cannot be accommodated.  All shadow students must be in the 8th grade and must have a student ID.  Students must be dropped off in the main office at 7:35 and will probably want to bring a packed lunch.  

Shadow dates are excused absences and all students will receive a letter to take to their current schools.  
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
