Thank you for your interest in ordering custom cookies from Love is in Every Detail LLC!  All cookies are made with great attention to detail, and lots of love.  This form is designed to help you select your desired package(s).  The information that you provide will NOT be shared with anyone.  You will be contacted upon receipt of your completed form to finalize your order.  At that time, you will secure a date by making a 50% non-refundable deposit.   The deposit will be applied toward the final purchase, or forfeited in the event of cancellation.  The order is NOT complete/date is NOT secure until the deposit is received.
