Poll Worker Application (Spring 2017)
The ASUNM Elections Commission needs student organizations to manage the polling stations on the two spring Election Days, which will be Wednesday, March 29th (Presidential / Vice-Presidential), and Wednesday April 19th (Senatorial), in order to ensure a fair and organized election process.

There are 3 polling stations open from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (10.5 hours) on each day.

Selected organizations will be paid $8.50 per hour per person. For example, if your organization sends two people per hour for 10.5 hours, your organization would earn up to $178.50 for one election.

Organizations will have the opportunity to work on a first-come-first-serve basis upon filling out this form. The Elections Commission will notify organizations of the status of their request and their polling station assignment by Monday, March 20, 2017.

Only chartered undergraduate student organizations that can guarantee two members for every hour worked will be considered.
