MLK Day of Service 2026

Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service is Monday, January 19, 2026.

We are excited that we will host an in person service event that day.

The day will begin with Liturgy of the Word in the church followed by several service activities in the school gym.  The event will take place from 9:00AM -  approximately Noon.

Organizations that will receive our help this year include the Giving Tree, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, the Breathing Room Foundation, Caring for Friends, Least of our Brothers, Stray Cat Blues, Elmwood Park Zoo and Missionary Childhood Association.

This event, sponsored by CYO, is open to everyone in the parish community.   Registration is requested.   Children in grades K - 2 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please contact Emily Kline, CYO Spiritual and Service Director, with any questions.  Her email address is ekline@mmredeemer.org.
