Medical Forms: Current physical, including a copy of child’s immunizations, is mandatory prior to children beginning camp. All physicals must be dated within a 12 month period of attendance. Children who are not immunized must have a written letter of explanation for the health office file.

    Deposit/Refunds/ Cancelations: 
    100% refund is available before April 30th, 2026. 
    After April 30th, $450 registration fee is non-refundable.
    There are no refunds after May 1st.
    Change of Scheduled or Committed Weeks: 
    Please commit to your weeks scheduled. Any changes in schedule prior to camp beginning eliminate children who may have been waitlisted.

    3. Camper Dismissal:  For the safety and general welfare of all campers, Pathfinder reserves the unrestricted right to dismiss a camper whose conduct or influence, in the director's opinion, is detrimental to the best interest of the camp.  This includes any physical injuries to another child or staff member.                                                                                                                               
    4. Bullying is cause for dismissal. Aggressive behavior such as hitting, spitting, or biting is an immediate cause for dismissal.
    5. Rainy Days: Pathfinder is open on Rain Days. There are no refunds for rain days or absent days. 
    6. Absent / missed days:  Due to the seasonal nature of summer camp enrollment and limited space, no refunds are offered for absences,  attendance date changes, withdrawals, or dismissal for cause. 
    7. No Cell Phone or Use of  Electronics at Pathfinder. Campers, Counselors in Training, and Staff will be dismissed immediately. 
    Parents visiting camp may use their cell phones in the parking lot.
    8.  Due to Allergies at Pathfinder: NO Food sharing between staff and campers or camper and camper. This includes cake and cookies. Candy & Gum is not permitted in Pathfinder. 
    9. Emergencies: In case of an emergency affecting the camper, and a parent cannot be reached, permission is given for Pathfinder to administer proper treatment by our camp nurse or physician or outside medical care.
    10.  The parent agrees to the use of FDA-approved sunscreen at Pathfinder. Staff may assist in applying sunscreen at camper's request.
    11. Medical Forms: A current physical is mandatory prior to children beginning camp. All physicals must include a copy of the campers updated immunization record. Children who are not immunized must have a  written letter of explanation from a parent including an updated physical.
    12.  This contract constitutes the complete understanding of the parties hereto. No changes, modifications, or waivers of the terms unless in writing and signed by both parties.
