Vendor Fee: $200
  • Vendor fee includes 1 full conference registration ticket
  • 6 ft tables will be provided
Vendor Trade Show Hours:
  • Friday, December 1, 2023:  8:00am-5:30pm  
  • Saturday, December 2, 2023: 8:00am-5:30pm 
Due to limited space, we ask that vendors have tables set up throughout the entire vendor trade show timeframe. However, you are welcome to participate in sessions and do not have to feel stuck at your table, as the halls will be fairly empty during sessions. 

Vendor SET UP times: 
  • Thursday, November 30, 2023: 10:00am-1:00pm 
  • Friday, December 1, 2023: 7:00am-8:00am
