National Field Experience Conference 2026  Proposal for Presentation Form

The Conference Committee invites proposals for sessions and roundtable discussions that address effective teaching strategies, methodology, cross-curricular instruction, student engagement, field experiences/student teaching for teacher candidates, co-teaching, reports on research, evaluation criteria, and/or conceptual analyses of various topics.

PRESENTATION FORMATS

Individual/Panel Sessions: Presenters are assigned a 30-minute session; typically format is a presentation for the first 25 minutes and 5 minutes for Q&A. Double sessions can be requested.

Roundtable Discussion
: Presenters are assigned a 30-minute session. Roundtables are typically focusing on research in progress or seeking input on policy/practices, the first portion should be a presentation of topic/issue. The remaining time for discussion by attendees.

TECHNOLOGY & FACILITIES: The Conference provides presentation rooms equipped with internet, projector, and screen. Presenters are required to bring their own laptop for their presentation(s) and any necessary adapters to connect to a projector. Presentations should also be on a flash drive for rooms that may have computer access.
