We particularly welcome absolute beginners or anyone who is unsure about joining a course or group. The courses are run by experienced GWT staff and a Learning Support Worker and the mixed-ability groups are small and supportive.
Each course is:• 1 day a week for 6 weeks.• 10am to 2pm• Based around wildlife and outdoor activities such as plant and animal identification, bushcraft and practical work• Led by experienced Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust staff• Supported by a Learning Support Worker
Participants on each course will be based mostly at one site and there are opportunities to get a job reference and help into regular volunteering or work.
