This app features some of the best mindfulness and meditation teachers in the world, teaching you about meditation, leading you in guided meditations on various subjects (e.g. calm, sleep, focus, resilience), and sharing science-backed wisdom on how to maintain sanity — and even happiness — in these tumultuous times.
Ten Percent Happier is available on Apple and Android devices. You must use a mobile device or tablet to access this app.
Once you fill out the form below, we will send you an email with instructions on how to access “The Basics: A 7-Day Getting Started Program.” This introductory course will help you decide if this program is right for you. People who complete “The Basics” are ten times more likely to establish positive meditation habits.
