2018 Texas Tea Affair Vendor Market
Thank you for accepting our invitation to host a booth at the 2018 Texas Tea Affair as a preferred vendor. Please complete the form below. We are so excited to have you join us, as 125+ guests enjoy an afternoon of tea service and festivities. The event will be held at Evelyn's Park, May 5th from 11-4, this will be open to the public as a Spring Market. Sunday May 6th, from 12:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. as a private event open to our Tea Affair attendees. Vendor’s may begin setting up at 9 A.M. and must be complete and ready for guest by 11 A.M. on Saturday and 12:00 P.M. on Sunday.
We are excited to offer our attendees a variety of products, while also offering a fair competition for vendors. For this reason, we try our best NOT TO DUPLICATE COMPANIES. Therefore, booths are rented on a first-come-first-served basis, and your spot is only reserved once the payment is received.
This event will be advertised on Facebook, through email marketing, and by YOU, our vendors! We thank you in advance for making this year’s Texas Tea Affair one to remember!!

Saturday 5/5: Set up 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. - Event time: 11 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. – Sunday 5/6: Set up 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. - Event time: 12:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Vendors may not start breakdown until event is over at 4:00 P.M.

If light conditions are expected vendor market will continue as planned and vendors will have the option to move inside and down size to a table space.
