If you are completing this form outside of school hours (7:00AM to 3:00PM) and believe there is an immediate concern and/or threat to our school community, please dial 911 or report it to the appropriate police department.  You may contact the Bordentown Township Police Department's non-emergency line 609-298-4300, the Bordentown City Police Department's non-emergency line 609-298-0101 or the New Jersey State Police Troop C, who oversees Wrightstown, at 609-298-1170.

Carefully submit the following information, which will be shared with an administrator and the threat assessment team. An adminstrator may follow-up with you when school is in session.
