COST: Per food truck space, 2 staff passes: $150 FLAT FEE
*ADD ON tables and chairs to set up around your truck
Two tables, six chairs: $25
Four tables, twelve chairs: $50
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: The 2020 application process will be done ONLINE! Food trucks can complete an online application to be reviewed by the festival committee. Those food trucks approved for festival participation will be contacted via email and sent an invoice for their food truck fee. Invoices can be paid online via credit card or by check or money order. Food Truck Guidelines
Please READ and AGREE to the vendor guidelines below.
Michiana Wine Festival will be held rain or shine. A rain plan will only be implemented if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
Festival set-up begins at 6 am and no vehicles will be allowed to enter after 9:30 am.
Food trucks expected to be ready to sell by 11 am (VIP hour).
All set-up vehicles must be off the festival grounds by 10 am.
Festival information packet will be sent to all vendors in early April. Staff passes can be picked up upon arrival.
Food trucks are expected to provide their own electricity, but limited electricity may be available (for a fee) if arrangements are made in advance.
Food trucks agree to obtain a valid Allen County Board of Health permit by April 15. Food trucks without a permit on file by April 15 will be removed from the festival line-up until the permit is received.
