VA Enrollment Certification Request
In order to better serve our student Veterans, Veteran dependents and active duty service members you will need to submit the following form as a request to certify your enrollment with the Department of Veteran Affairs. This is required for each term of registration with Drake State Community and Technical College.
This form may be submitted at any time after you have completed your semester registration but not later than the last day of regular registration. This timeline is crucial to avoid late payment for your tuition, fees, stipend, BAH or book stipends that are allowable of benefit being utilized.
