Trine Library will place its own copy of its materials on reserve for your course. If we do not own or have access to a copy, we will consider acquiring it. We will place personal items, adding a library barcode, on reserve with the exception of instructor's review or exam copies.
In addition to physical copies of books or media (DVD, CD, etc.), Trine Library can also assist with placing E-Reserve documents within Moodle. Due to copyright restrictions, it is very important to consult the Library before uploading any copyrighted document. If we subscribe to a resource, the Library is happy to create a permanent link that students can use on or off campus through Moodle. There may be a few exceptions that would require permission from copyright holders for both electronic and physical reserves. Librarians can assist with fair use assessment and permissions if needed.
