Summer Camp Registration Form 2026

Join our Teen Competition Team Summer Camps this year!
We’re excited to offer your dancer extra opportunities to come together, dance, and have fun with friends throughout the summer.

Each camp requires a minimum of 10 participants to run, and camps are expected to fill quickly—early registration is encouraged!

 Pop Star Party — August 17–August 21

Camp Schedule Options
New this year! We are offering full-day camps with the option to register for half-day.

  -Full-Day Camp: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  •    Campers should bring lunch, water, and one or two snacks each day.
  
  -Half-Day Camp: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Half-day campers must be picked up promptly at 12:00 PM. We are staffed based on registration and cannot accommodate late pickups. Late fees will apply.
  • Half-day campers should bring a snack and water bottle.
Attire
Jazz shoes or ballet shoes are preferred. If unavailable, dancers may participate barefoot or in socks.

  • Please read and complete the entire registration form to enroll.
  • A separate form is required for each child.
  • All participants must complete the form in full, including the liability waiver.
  • Dancers with incomplete forms or waivers will not be permitted to participate.

Statement of Consent & Waiver 

I hereby agree and declare that I am the legal parent/guardian of the below-named child and hereby consent to the child's participation in the activities that are described to me in registration process. I understand that activities of the kind described may result in physical injury to my child but nonetheless specifically request that he or she be allowed to participate in those activities.


If the named child requires any emergency medical treatment or procedures during the activities, I hereby consent to activity supervisor(s) to make any decision and take any action to arrange for such procedures or treatments in the discretion of the activity supervisor(s).


I, the parent/guardian, hereby agree and declare that I have carefully read and understand the scope of the day camp activities and I consent to the participation of the named child to these activities.

 

Any type of injury that may occur to the child without the fault of the camp management and activity supervisors, the camp management cannot be held responsible for any harm that may occur to the child without the fault of the camp management and activity supervisors.

Competition dancers registered for a FULL WEEK of half day or full day camp will receive 10% credit in their fundraising account to use towards competition fees.

Payment via Venmo, cash or check. 

Registration is not complete until payment is received.  The cost of attendance for this camp is $315 for Full day camp, and $175 for half day camp

Payment is due two weeks before the camp.
