2012 Central Scare Window Painting Contest: Sign-up Form! Celebrate Halloween and Walk/Ride Day!!!

Please fill out this form in order to participate in our contest.
Form must be submitted by Thursday 10/25 at Midnight to receive window assignment.
We will e-mail you confirmation with window assignment and instructions on how to get started when you arrive.

WINDOW PAINTING CONTEST RULES:
Each artist will be assigned a specific 24" x 36" outline framed in tape on the outside of a merchant window.

You must supply your own brushes and newspaper! We have a small amount of basic paint colors to share, upon request, if you bring empty containers. Artist and Craftsman has discounted Tempera Paints for participants to purchase - just go in and tell them you are painting a window in Central Square. All areas below window MUST be covered with newspaper.

All work needs have a fun and family-friendly, all age "Halloween" theme!

Windows will be painted on:

Friday, October 26 - any time between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. all work must be finished by 4:00 pm.
This is also a celebration of Walk/Ride day! IF you travel here in a car-free way you are welcome to treats and discounts, please www.gogreenstreets.org for more info about rewards!

Saturday, October 27 - any time between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. all work must be finished by 6:00 pm.
The rain date for painting will be Sunday, October 28, 12:00 p.m. and 4pm. Please call 617-864-3211 by 8am on Friday, October 26th and by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 27th for an announcement regarding weather-related conditions.
We will have Magically Delicious Halloween Snacks in front of participating restaurants between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

First, Second and Third place prizes will be awarded to Students and Adults! Winners will be notified by telephone.
