1.        INTRODUCTION
1.1     Jolin Fan Club (Singapore) is the only Fan Club in Singapore. At this moment we cannot promise you anything, however we will try our best to give our members the maximum benefit. We have strong ties with Overseas Fan Clubs, which will allow us to attend overseas events.
2.        MEMBERSHIP

2.1      Membership applications are open to all Singapore Residents and Foreigners who are staying, working or schooling in Singapore on long-term basis.

2.2      To join as a Basic Member of Jolin Fan Club (Singapore), you will only be required to fill up and submit the online application form. Basic Membership is free.

2.3      To upgrade to a Premium Member, you will just need to donate a minimum of $5 year to the Fan Club fund. You can make a donation at any time except during events. Donations are voluntary and not a requisite to join our Fan Club.

2.4      Premium membership last for a year from the donation date. Once the 1-year period is up, you can continue your Premium membership by making another donation (minimum $5) or revert back to Basic Membership.

2.5      Jolin Fan Club will try to provide the following privileges to all members but as some privileges are limited, we will allocate them through methods such as random selection or competition etc.
3.        DONATION METHOD
(*Please note that we will not be accepting on the spot donations during events unless agreed upon beforehand.)
(*We will send you the banking info, upon received your form.)

3.1     Through Bank Transfer: You can transfer the money to our POSB Account; Account number will be given to you. Please remember to send us a duplicate copy of the receipt and keep the original receipt for yourself. If you are using Internet banking, please set the account username as your name.

3.2     Through Meet up: You can arrange a meet-up with our committee members to collect the Donation and Application form (if applicable). Please contact us by email at JolinSFC@hotmail.com
4.        FAQ
Q1:     Why is the Fan Club collecting donation yearly?
A1:     We need funds to maintain our website. Having funds also allow us to prepare other things like gifts for Jolin, banner or boards.

Q2:     Why is the Fan Club changing its Membership system and structure?
A2:    Times are changing and we feel that the old system is not able to keep up to the needs of the Fan Club thus we are evolving to suit the needs of the Fan Club. With our new system, we hope to attract new members who are unable to join us under the previous system.

Q3:      I am a current member under the old system, where does this place me in the new system?
A3:    Current members of the old system will be migrated to the new system as Premium Members until their previous membership expiry date. After which they can choose to continue their Premium Membership by making a donation of $5 or more, or revert to a Basic Member.

5.        COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1     JOLIN'S FAN CLUB (SINGAPORE) WILL COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2012 (PDPA) AND MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

●        Communicating with you on your inquiries, sending materials relating to products, events, productions, shows, concerts, and/or services that we, our partners and/or third party organisations with whom we are collaborating, may be selling or marketing.
●        Administrative matters on your ticket purchases, managing your membership and/or processing your sign-ups/registrations for events, activities, mailing lists, etc.
●       Conducting market research, data analytics, data mining, data profiling and surveys with individuals in relation to our services;
●       Any other purposes that we notify you of at the time of obtaining your consent.

5.2     PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

To safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us, and disclosing personal data both internally and to our authorised J.F.C committees; third party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know basis.  

You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your information and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures.
