I understand that active annual membership to the CBK is required in order to participate in a CBK group.

I understand groups meet weekly for 90 minutes for 6 months (approximately 24 meetings) and that joining means I commit to that length of time.

I understand CBK groups are facilitated by volunteers and are not facilitated by therapists.
