Please complete this form if you have concerns about the mental health of your child and would like a Mental Health First Aider to meet with them in school. 

Please note: Our Mental Health First Aiders are trained to triage, support and signpost pupils and parents to relevant resources and services. They are not medically trained to clinically assess or diagnose mental health conditions. If you have significant concerns about your child's mental health, please contact your GP or call 111 for advice.
