Call for storytellers : Blushin' Slush Storytime! (show: March 7th / deadline to apply: Feb 16th)
Winterlewd presents a Pink Line Cabaret Production: Blushin' Slush Storytime!
- Show: Friday, March 7th, 2025 8:00pm at Théâtre Sainte-Catherine -
- Deadline for application: Sunday, February 16th at 11:59pm -

Blushin' Slush Storytime is an evening of hot stories for melty queers in the messy end of winter. Cuntaining multitudes, stories will range from horny and heartfelt to unhinged and hilarious to a hole-istic wintry mix of all of the above and more. Jaqq Strapp and Griffin Payne, the mastur(batory) minds behind the Pink Line Cabaret, are inviting artists and storytellers from a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds to pitch stories. QTBIPOC performers will be prioritized, and selected storytellers will share an even split of profits from the event.

Featuring a loose interpretation of storytelling and even looser morals, Blushin' Slush welcomes stories in a wide variety of formats such as dramatic reading, stand-up, poetry, songs, or any kind of narrative art using words and whatever else imaginable. Most importantly, our audience can expect warmth and wetness (we don't slush-shame here) and some delightfully weird shit, too. Winter is on thin ice, and the plot is thiccening. If there's any snow left on the ground, it's about to get a lot dirtier before it finally melts away.

Each artist will be allotted 5-10 minutes to titillate, tantalize, erect and/or lubricate the audience.

Blushin' Slush Storytime will be held Friday, March 7th, 2025 at Théâtre Sainte-Catherine (264 rue Sainte-Catherine Est). Doors 7, show 8. We are pleased to announce that the venue is wheelchair accessible with gender-neutral washrooms.  Not a mask-mandatory event, but we highly support mask4mask culture.  Temperatures will be rising, but if you're feverish, stay home.  We may be sickening, but don't come if you're sick.
