Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) Idea Form
This form is intended for use by organizations seeking consideration for potential SEP funding in the event that an enforcement action initiated by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (the department) may include a SEP located in their community. The entity proposing the SEP must be able to provide additional information to support statements made below when requested.  After the SEP Coordinator determines this to be a viable project, the idea will be retained for at least two years for future consideration during department enforcement action settlements. There are no guarantees the project will be selected.

Supplemental Environmental Projects are projects that benefit the environment or public health & safety, and are funded through environmental enforcement actions.
