Please complete a new survey every time you use the toolkit. When you complete a class (with at least 10 attendees) and submit a survey you have a chance at winning a $100 gift card - at least one drawing will be held by July 31st. All surveys must be submitted by midnight on July 31st to participate. Only classes taught in the United States are eligible for entry. Winners will be notified in August.
