Una Voz (One Voice) is a program run by Latinx community members designed to celebrate the history, culture and contributions of the Latinx community in the Mt. Hood region.

Sign up now open for activities occurring from September to December 2023!


We believe lifting Latinx voices elevates the entire mountain community, and uniting all our voices strengthens the community and recognizes the amazing contributions made by the region’s Latinx members.

Una Voz encourages students to use their voice to tell their stories, and the stories of their family and community through creative expression. In our primarily non-Latinx community, having a space to share such stories is critical for cultural awareness, self-esteem and community building.

Activities will occur at varying times and locations on September 16, September 30, October 15, October 29, November 5, November 9, November 26, and December 16.

All activities require transportation and additional chaperones. We ask the parents to drive their student and other participating students to at least one activity (see below for required waiver). 

For non-local events/activities, Mt. Hood Unida will reimburse you for gas and mileage. For all events, if you choose to attend the event/activity, Mt. Hood Unida will pay for your admission and parking.
