Instructor Memorandum of Understanding - Memorando de Entendimiento del Instructor

Thank you for your partnership with us in mobilization through education as a Perspectives USA Instructor. 

The terms of this MOU, in whole or in part, are not legally binding but are intended to show good faith and intent of Perspectives USA and the signee to proceed with common understanding of expectations and efforts to steward the vision and mission of Perspectives USA. 

Thank you for helping us ensure the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of our ministry through the appropriate use of proprietary materials and adherence to policies. If you have any questions regarding the following items, please contact us at instructors@perspectives.org.

I agree to abide by the following "Use of Name" requirements: 

The Perspectives course is based on a core set of ideas and is designed using several educational components that are all key to our overall mobilization objectives. While the growing number of resources and mobilization efforts influenced by Perspectives are exciting, the use of the name “Perspectives” for Bible Studies, events, and other courses can cause confusion. "Perspectives on the World Christian Movement,” "Perspectives Study Program," and "Perspectives" are all registered Service Marks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Therefore, I will not use the above terms for anything other than official classes or events offered through the Perspectives Study Program.

I agree to abide by the following "Use of Materials" requirements: 

All Perspectives’ content and educational materials are proprietary and intended for use within the Perspectives Study Program. This includes but is not limited to the Study Guide, Reader, videos, and Instructor content. I will not record Perspectives classes and/or events in video or audio format. Outside of normal Perspective class use, I will not copy, reproduce, post, or distribute any Perspectives content or materials without prior written approval of the Perspectives Chief Operations Officer.

I understand that ministries, agencies, or individuals may not ask for financial support in a Perspectives class (sharing by ministries, agencies, or individuals with invitations to learn more and/or requests for newsletter sign-ups are permitted).

I understand that Perspectives USA uses the payment processor BILL to manage financial transactions (honorarium disbursement and expense reimbursement), and that I should expect a one-time email from them to set up an account.
