Program Options:

  • Building Inspection 2-Year Degree Program - Closed for enrollment until Fall 2026
  • Residential Plan Review Certificate (Winter & Spring Terms)
  • Residential Inspector Certificate (Winter & Spring Terms)
  • Permit Technician Certificate (Fall Term)  - Closed for enrollment until Fall 2026

Additional Information:

  • Most courses are held in the evening and delivered remotely via Zoom.
  • Certificate courses are non-credit, not financial aid eligible, and non-transferable to other colleges.
  • Students are encouraged to read the Building Inspection Technology Information Packet available online at go.chemeketa.edu/buildinginspection
  • Registration information for winter certificate classes will be sent out in November.
