2026 KCDC Spring Concert - Student Workshop
Thank you for registering your dancer to attend Kansas City Dance Collective's student workshop! 

Student Workshop, Friday, March 27th @ 5:00-6:30pm at Just Off Broadway Theater
For Dancers Age 9-18

During their time with us dancers will:
-Start with a Warm Up Class lead by KCDC company members
-Talk to KCDC Choreographers about what goes into producing a show and how choreography is created
-Learn excerpts from our show on the stage of Just Off Broadway
-Have a guided time where they work with each other to practice their own choreographic skills
-Stay to watch the 7pm performance on 3/27/26
NOTE: 1 student ticket is included in the purchase of workshop for the Friday, 7pm Performance. 
Anyone attending the performance with the student will need to purchase their own ticket for admission to the show. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, March 16th, 2026 
(In order to guarantee your dancer will have their included t-shirt ready for them on the date of the workshop, please fill out this registration form by Monday March 16th. If you fill out your form after this date, you can still attend and we will still order your t-shirt but it might not be available until after the workshop date. Thank you!)

If Participant is Under 16 year old, they will need an adult contact on site once theater doors open for seating. Please provide the name and number of the contact we are to make sure they are in the care of by 6:30pm. If you need KCDC to provide someone on-site for your dancer to have as their on-site contact, please let us know. We always have volunteers and members of our board of directors on site who could help. There will be a sign out sheet and we will not release a dancer until we've signed them out.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in dance and as consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for my child, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of his/her participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge Kansas City Dance Collective, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, and representatives for any physical or psychological injury that he/she may suffer as a direct result of his/her participation in the aforementioned Activity, including traveling to and from an event related to this Activity. I AM VOLUNTARILY ALLOWING MY CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT HIS/HER OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVELING TO AND FROM AS WELL AS PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, AND ILLNESS. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTCOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN OR OTHERS’ NEGLIGENCE, CONDITIONS RELATED TO TRAVEL, OR THE CONDITION OF THE ACTIVITY LOCATION(S).
