This is an online form that you can use to submit your RSVP for the Fall Picnic. Please submit your RSVP by September 15th. Payment for the meal will be collected at the park.
Join the Zazpiak Bat Basque Club for a relaxing afternoon enjoying good food, drink and friends.
**This year we will host Fall Picnic at the Plaza Pavilion at Bartley Ranch (6000 Bartley Ranch Road). While there are picnic tables under the pavilion for seating, please bring your own lawn chairs or blanket if you would prefer to sit in the grass area. Club will provide kids games and mus cards.

(This covered pavilion is located behind the Western Heritage Interpretive Center)
WHEN: Sunday September 18, 2022, 11:30am-4pm with lunch being served around 12:30pm.
MENU: NY Steak, beans, vegetables, salad, bread, cheese and wine
COST: $20 adult, $10 Children (12 and under) if RSVP received by September 15th.
$25 adult, $15 Children (12 and under) with NO RSVP.
There will be a Bar with Cocktails, Picons, and Premium Beer/Wine for 4 tickets,
Coors/Coors Lt and Boxed Wine for 3 tickets, and Soda and Water for 1 ticket.
Tickets will be $1 each.
NOTE: RSVP’s DUE THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 15th.

Name, number of adults, and number of children (12 and under)
RSVP’s will be given special tickets upon payment and will be served first. We will cook extra food in anticipation of non RSVP arrivals but we cannot guarantee there will be enough food so please RSVP!
