UpWork New Connect Policy
This survey is to get an idea on how UpWork's new connect policy will impact freelancers and clients on the portal.

I will be sending this survey's result to UpWork CEO (Stephane Kasriel) for him to get a better understanding of how freelancer and clients feel about UpWork's decision of new connects policy.

Before you answer, plese, consider that the new pricing policy for connects might help UpWork bring new clients on the platform which in turn will generate more work for you, and weed out people who copy paste proposals to spam the clients.

I am a client and freelance agency on UpWork myself, UpWork helps me and my 50 people team earn and their bread and butter, I am very happy with upwork and I respect the managements last decision.
