ICU Database Communication - North Middle School

The ICU Database is a web-based tool we use to track, organize, and communicate information about students with missing assignments. When a student has a late or missing assignment, the teacher will add the student and assignment to the ICU list. Once a student is added to the ICU list, an email is sent to up to two email addresses and one mobile device informing the student's parent/guardian(s) of the late assignment.

In order to ensure we have the most current information for your household, please complete the form below for each child you have attending North Middle School. Each family will need to determine the two email addresses and one mobile device number they would like used in this communication. You may opt out of receiving text messages if you choose.
