Your event will be announced on the air with a fifteen-second pre-recorded promotion. Forms should be submitted three weeks prior to your event. The promotion will run several times within a two-week period subject to time availability.

Please be as specific in your answers as possible.  Also, due to federal public broadcasting regulations, we cannot mention prices (including FREE).  What we can do is say "more information is available at (Instagram account, webpage, etc)" so please be sure to give us a place where we can send people for more information.

"The Roy House will be hosting an open house, showcasing the rich history of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette on Monday June 9th from noon to 3 pm.
