This form is found by a group of SPSS alumni who are concerned about the SPSS 28 February Incident.

We ask for an open forum with the School administration on the 28 February Incident with relevant stakeholders (current students and their parents, alumni,parents of SPPCS and past teachers). It is to clarify any rumours, and to provide a platform for the School administration and stakeholders to exchange their ideas on how the School may handle similar events in the future and other policies related to students' welfare and discipline.

Please indicate your Name and Year of Graduation (if applicable) if you wish the School to hold an open forum. Please also kindly leave your e-mail address if you wish to receive updates regarding the forum or other related news.
