STOCK/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Duties and Responsibilities

Receiving and manually unloading of goods and supplies and ensuring proper handling of the same.
Ensuring the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in storage as well as in the retail store.
Maintaining quality in the back stock storage and keeping track of all damaged inventory.
Conducting inventory counts.
Efficiently carrying out all orders of the supervisors.
Working in accord with all safety regulations
Coordinating work with fellow workers and other team members.
Helping customers enjoy their experience in the store by helping them find what they are looking for and occasionally carrying items to their car.

Skills and Specifications

Knowledge of Beer, Wine, and Liquor products
Very friendly attitude and the ability to communicate with customers and help whenever needed.
Must have exceptional customer service skills when dealing with customers in the retail liquor store.
Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company.
Should have the ability to work in a team.
Should be physically fit, have a lot of energy, and be able to complete all assigned work efficiently.
Should possess time management skills and be able to meet targets.
Need to be able to lift maximum of 35 pounds above head to stack boxes of inventory.

CASHIER ASSOCIATE
We are looking for an accountable Cashier to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle cashier transactions with customers
Scan goods and collect payments
Issue receipts, refunds, etc..
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Keep reports of transactions
Bag, box or wrap packages
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer satisfaction-oriented
Attention to detail and mathematical skills
Sales skills
High school diploma required
