DEADLINE: THIS FORM AND ALL READING MATERIALS ARE DUE BY 5:00 P.M., THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE NEXT EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING (7 DAYS IN ADVANCE).
Thank you for bringing academic and professional proposals to the Academic Senate Executive Council for feedback and recommendations. When the Executive Council votes affirmatively on a proposal, it becomes a recommendation that is forwarded to the next appropriate decision-making body (as described in the Roles, Responsibilities, and Processes Handbook
). Each proposal on the Council Agenda should come with background information and a clearly-stated action desired so that the Council can provide feedback and vote in an informed manner. This form is intended to gather that background information.
All of the information you provide here will be provided to all faculty to read and made public at the Executive Council meeting. It will also remain in the public record of the Senate's activities. Please complete the form thoroughly and professionally.
