Parking: Directs and guides team where to park.
Registration: Welcome teams as they arrive. Verify teams, hand out materials, and collect Engineering Notebooks. Answer basic questions. Typically, Team Check-in becomes the Information Table after all teams arrive.
Queuing: Assist field managers and Head Ref with staging teams for upcoming matches.
Pit Area: Serve in a customer service role by assisting teams and guests with competition and venue related questions.
Clean Up: Helps keep area clean.
Emcee: Provides the play by play and “calls” the games as they are played. This volunteer plays a key role in ensuring that robot matches run on schedule, while promoting a fun, enthusiastic atmosphere for the event.
