TRAINING
 We believe in fun and positive reward-based coaching.
 The following are not acceptable at any event: choke/check chains, prong/pinch collars, electric shock collars, rattle bottles, water pistols or other aversive tools. For safety reasons, retractable, slip and chain leads are also not advised.
 We do not condone verbal or physical punishment, such as dogs being intimidated, pushed into position, smacked, lead jerks etc.
 Handlers are fully responsible for their dogs.
 Please do not approach another dog in training, without their guardian’s consent.

PUPPY / LIFESKILLS COURSES & INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS
 Payment should be made in advance and is generally non-refundable.
 If you are unable to attend the course or workshop, please let us know as soon as possible – if we can fill your place, then we can reimburse you.
 Unfortunately, individual missed classes cannot be refunded. Please let us know if you can’t come along, as we tailor each class for those attending.
 If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, then it will be rescheduled - if the new date is not suitable, then a refund will be made.
 If your dog is ill, injured or in season, they may not be able to attend - please ask your vet for advice and contact us if you are in any doubt. A rescheduled date may be available in certain circumstances.

BRIGHT PAWS (rolling) CLASSES
 Classes are invoiced monthly in advance. If you have any holidays booked, please let us know the previous month, so we can deduct the class fee from your invoice.
 If you cannot attend a class, please contact us as soon as possible – another training day in the same week will be offered if available.
 Unfortunately, individual missed classes cannot be refunded. Please let us know if you can’t come along, as we tailor each class for those attending.
 We often have waiting lists for classes, therefore if you wish to stop/postpone training, please give us as much notice as possible.

1-2-1 TRAINING
 Payment should be made in advance and is generally non-refundable.
 If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know immediately as we often have a waiting list.
 If your dog is ill, injured or in season, it may be better to meet on a different date - please ask your vet for advice and contact us if you are in any doubt.

CHILDREN
 We welcome children to our events and encourage them to participate in training.
 All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
 Children under the age of 8 should have another adult to supervise them, while you train your dog.
 Children must not approach other dogs in class unless they are asked to by a Trainer.
 Please let us know in advance if you are bringing children to class with you.
