T.U.P.S. Prek-4 Pre-Registration (2025-2026)
(Updated on 8/4/25) There is currently a waiting list for Prek-4. Please complete this form to be added to the waiting list. Please note that placement is not guaranteed. If a spot becomes available you will be contacted. 

  •  Prek-4 (4F)- Pre-registration began on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 9:00 am.

  • Pre-registration is step 1 and must be completed to be considered for preschool registration for the T.U.P.S. Preschool program. 

  • Please complete and submit the form in its entirety to begin the application process for preschool.

  • Please check your email for a confirmation that this form was completed. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact tupspreschoolregistration@twpunionschools.org.

  • Please note: Placement is not guaranteed and district wide.
