Event registration
Date: February 22, 2025 - run/walk starts at 9:00a (1 mile or 3 mile)
Day of run registration and packet pick up 8:30a - 8:45a
Location: Pine View Middle School
                 2145 E 130 N St. George, Ut.
Cost $15 per individual (or $50 for a family of 4 and $10 each additional immediate family member)
Registration Instructions: fill out the following form - for each participant - and then complete registration by making payment on Venmo (label as Mr. PVHS Fun Run and participant name) or in person at Pine View HS (before race day). Bring proof of payment to packet pick-up. Day of run registration is available if able to pay with Venmo. 

Shirts: available to the first 100 registrants (sizes available on first come/first serve basis)

I recognize that attendance at the Mr. PVHS Fun Run includes certain inherent risks associated with running and running related activities.  These may include – but are not limited to – sprains, broken bones, heat/cold associated injuries, etc… I acknowledge these risks and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity, that I (or my minor child/ward) may sustain as a result of said participation. I further agree to waive and relinquish all claims I or my minor child/ward may have (or accrue to me or my child/ward) as a result of participating in these activities against Pine View High School, Pine View Middle School, Panorama Elementary School, Pine View Cross Country, Washington County School District, City of St. George, and any other agency involved in the Mr. PVHS Fun Run including its officials, agents, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and employees. *
