The Friends of the Opera House Show Proposal
The Friends of the Opera House (FOTOH) is a non-profit corporation dedicated to preserving the building as a historic center for the presentation and promotion of the performing arts and activities that celebrate our sense of community. Our productions are volunteer-based with small stipends being granted based on the proceeds of the show. We invite interested community members a chance to showcase directorial talent while contributing to our mission.

FOTOH is looking for show proposals that include the following criteria:
- A broad-based audience appeal and potential for substantial ticket sales
- Roles for a variety of ages, genders, and abilities, including youth
- A show that has not been produced by FOTOH in the past 10 years, or in the Franklin County area in the last 5 years

If selected for a show, FOTOH will assist with the following:
- Publicity for auditions and performance dates
- Printing and distribution of posters, banners, and other advertising materials
- Ticket sales
- Scheduling of the Opera House space for rehearsals
