As a direct pay Occupational Therapy provider, I do not bill insurance companies directly. This model allows for more individualized care, greater flexibility in treatment, and a stronger focus on client goals rather than insurance limitations. Payment is due at the time of service; however, I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek potential reimbursement through their out-of-network insurance benefits. Please note that this does not apply to Medicare beneficiaries as they do not allow their customers to submit out-of-network for reimbursement.
