Please read and accept the following conditions.

1. The burn will be under constant supervision with an adequate supply of water or other extinguisher available.

2. If weather/wind conditions change and control of the burn is questionable, the burn will be discontinued immediately.

3. The burn will be contained in an area away from structures and prevented from spreading with a barrier.

4. All combustible materials, not intending to be burned, have been moved away from the burn area.
