Vendor Fee and Important Information

Vendor Fees:

  • Applications received before September 4, 2026  $35.00 + raffle item
  • After September 4th, fee increases to $50 and is subject to availability and discretion of the committee
  • All vendor fee payment arrangements must be made within 10 days of receiving the application received and accepted email from the Vendor Coordinator (vendorspomrun@gmail.com). 
Nonprofit Organization Fees:
  • Coordinator will be in contact after receiving application

Application Agreement Information:

  • POMR has 30 booth spaces available. This includes food and product vendors and non profit organizations.
  • POMR will try to honor booth location requests; however, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to requests as space is limited. 
  • The Peace Officer Memorial Run Committee reserves the right to reject a vendor booth.    
  • Booth spaces will accommodate one canopy, no larger than 10X10. If you need more space than allotted you must request and paid for additional spaces. 
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables and chairs. 
  • Electricity is NOT available. 
  • Vendors can begin set up at 4:30am and ALL vehicles MUST BE removed from vendor area no later than 5:45am. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS BY VEHICLE AFTER 5:45am.
  • ALL booth materials and merchandise must be cleared by 12 pm. 
  • The expo will be located on both sides of I Street between 11th and 12th Streets, as well as down I Street. If your booth is placed along the race course we encourage you to cheer on all of our runners as they approach the finish line.
  • Booth spaces will be allocated on a first-come/first served basis. 
  •  The Peace Officer Memorial Group is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise.
  • Vendors may display signs or materials; however, they may not extend beyond booth boundaries. 
  • Peace Officer Memorial Group, Inc., and their representatives, reserves the right to use any video, audio, or any photographic media obtained at the event for promotional purposes.
  • In addition to the vendor fee we request a donation from your booth to the POMR Raffle. More details will be included with payment email.
  • Upon the receipt of application you will receive an email with payment information. Payment must be received in order to guarantee your vendor space.
